I've spent my career building software that works at scale. Casino gaming systems processing billions. Enterprise platforms for Fortune 500 companies. AI training systems for cutting-edge companies.

Then I became a real estate agent and saw what technology agents are actually using.

I was shocked.

And agents are still using technology from 2015.

The Conversation That Changed Everything

I was talking to agent friends about their businesses. One mentioned paying $149/month for a website that looked exactly like 50 other agents' sites in the same brokerage.

Another talked about losing buyers to Zillow because "that's just where people search."

A third showed me the "CRM" they were paying for—a glorified spreadsheet with email automation that half the time didn't work.

I kept thinking: "You're paying WHAT for THAT? I could build something better in a weekend."

So I Did

DealLogIQ started as a way to help real estate agents leverage the technology that exists today— not the technology that existed 10 years ago.

But most agents can't access them because nobody's building tools for real estate professionals. The software companies are building for themselves, not for agents.
