The Short Version

I'm Mark. I built this for Ginger — and now I'm building it for her friends too.

You know how Ginger works.

Mark and Ginger

You've seen the texts she answers at 9pm. The updates she sends before you ask. The way she treats every client like the only one that matters.

That's what makes her great. It's also what was costing her every evening.

I watched her — crushing her goals, delighting her clients — and spending her nights on things I knew I could fix. Contract reviews at the kitchen table. Client updates drafted between showings. Details that mattered too much to miss, handled in moments that should have been hers.

She's great at relationships. She shouldn't have to be great at technology too.

You probably know me as Ginger's partner.

Here's what you might not know.

Before Ginger, I spent thirty years building software at Apple, Microsoft, and Nortel. At Microsoft, I architected the revenue processing system — the platform that handled up to a billion dollars on its busiest day. Systems that couldn't fail. Systems where details matter.

Then I became VP of Operations at a company providing the human data that trained all the major AI models. Not the hype — the actual work of making AI systems smarter. Five years understanding what AI can really do, not just what the headlines promise.

I didn't expect to end up in real estate technology. But watching Ginger work — watching someone that talented spend her evenings on things software should handle — I couldn't not build something.

Why this exists

I didn't set out to build a company. I set out to help Ginger get her evenings back.

But the more I built, the more I realized: every top agent has the same problem. The ones who are best at relationships are often the ones most burdened by technology that's supposed to help them.

Ginger's friends kept asking what she was using. How her website worked. Whether I could build something for them too.

So that's what I'm doing. Starting with the people Ginger trusts — agents who work like she does, who care like she does, who deserve tools that actually help.

If this sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to hear from you.
